Around problematic statesobviously have local clashes due to religion, history and the border of the superpower.In fact, all of these issues have happened after WWII, so the UN could halt these,if they have got much more support all over the world. The problems are gettingdeeper and more complicated. Since the nuclear weapons were invented, the problemmakes problems despite the UN.However, the regional level aimed for disarmament in order to gain the securityof a nuclear free zone. The nuclear free zone emerges several local areas attempt topressure nuclear weapon states to disarmament. The UN can cooperate with themand carry out it across globe. Furthermore, the UN itself needs to call to encourageratification of all treaties and comment which are related nuclear issues. Simply, itis directly affect to halt atomic bombs. The IAEA also needs to be clear with theirwork, it might be more strict for all states. What the WINS should recognise is thatit has a crucial obligation to observe the use of nuclear energy. The IAEA and WINSare necessary to stand as a third-party organisation without intervention from anyparticular country. Fundamentally, the P-5 nations should agree on the reduction ofnuclear bombs, that still threaten the world.Consequently, the UN crucially needs to find out what the problems and theircause.
