Propertechnological information distribution systems, will greatly alleviate this problem.Recommendations & BenefitsUNU needs to institute a strong technology orientated plan to advance theaccuracy and potency of its dissemination efforts. This new dissemination plan wouldenable the intended targets of UNU information to receive it timely and efficiently.The implementation of this dissemination plan should be a systematic and integralpart of all UNU programmes and processes. Not only a one day solution or bandage,but a continuously evolving and increasing process.Technological implementation will not be cheap or without problems at thebeginning. The infant stages of any technical plan will be met with some amount ofproblems; however, the end result of proper implementation will result in positivebenefits. I have read many case studies of universities, companies, and governmententities that have implemented new technologies and benefited.
