In the lastfew years and months, the Internet, Windows 95, high capacity storage and a host ofother new technologies have been brought to market ? these tools and others－mustbe utilized for the furtherance of information dissemination.Due to shareholder demands, corporations all over the world have found waysto reduce costs, increase efficiency and maximize production utilizing technologicalinnovations－the United Nations University must do the same. It is not enough tosimply generate volumes and volumes of information, research papers and books.But effective, efficient and innovative distribution methods must be established tostrategically reach governments, libraries, research institutions and others with thisinformation.484
