第3回佳作B) TheOrganizationalLevel-Afterhavingdiscusedtheideauponwhichthecrusadefordisarmamentbebased,wegotothemorepracticalaspectoftheUnitedNationsUniversityandhowitshouldfitintothiscrusade.Thisreferstotheorganizationalsetupoftheinstitution.Consideringtheseriousnesortheproblem orglobaldisarmament,itsimplicationsonthesurvivalorthehumanraceoritsannihilation,thereisnovalidargumentsthatmayjustifyagainsttheproposalthattheUnitedNationsUniversityshouldestablishassoonasposible,ifithasnotconsideredandimplementedtheideaalready,anInstituteofResearchforPeacePromotionandDisarmamentasoneofitspilarinstitutes.ThiswilbechargedwiththeresponsibilityofundertakingstrategicandscientificresearchonspecificwaystopropagatethePhilosophyofPeacealreadydiscusedintheearlierpartorthispaper.Withinthesameresearch institute,amoredown-to-earth system orstrategicresearchdealing with the technology or disarmament should be pursued.AlthoughthisisaverydelicatesectionoftheproposedresearchinstitutewithintheUnitedNationsUniversity,thepresentconditionandweaponry-saturation degreeoftheworldcompelspeaceseekingproposalsthattheUnitedNationsUniversityshouldposesasuperadvancedtechnologyachievedthroughresearchesandscientificexperimentationswhereinaltypesofdreadfulweaponsfoundonearthandelsewhereintheuniverseintendedtoslaughterhumanbeingsfわrwhateverjustification,canbeneutralizedtechnologicaly.Hence,theUnitedNationsUniversityInstituteorResearchfわrPeacePromotionandDisarmament,shoulddevelopthiskindoftechnology.Intheeventthatal381
