In the caseof North Korea, the six-party talks which includes neighbours and related countrieswas held.The key issue to be picked up is the regional level of talk, because regionalintegration is stronger than one state. There are several organisations such asEuropean Union (EU), Association of South- East Nations (ASEAN) and AfricanUnion (AU). These are developing and uniting step by step. Thus, it might be betterto consider security matters, especially nuclear bombs and disarmament throughregional organisations.
