Moreover, the aid effectiveness is very low, if the support isonly financial. But tangible aids such as infrastructure development lead to lessercorruption. As Poverty is intergenerational, poor people often come from poor families,and their children are more likely to stay poor when they grow up. 15 In this regard,intangible support such as dissemination of knowledge, skills and offering innovativeideas will develop long?term effects with minimum infrastructure requirement.
